A piece of history, Born in the Dutch barracks of 1951. Imagine leaving behind your beloved Moluccan islands, Traveling overseas with nothing left but flavors and memories. Keeping them safe, like beautiful souvenirs.

As the people rebuilt their life in foreign places, they poured a drink to reminisce. About where they came from and where they’re heading. From the barracks to their new houses. Traditional spices were cut and boiled. In every home a unique taste, with each a story of its own.

We decided to honor our ancestors. To keep their fire burning. And so backyard drinks turned into brainstorm sessions. Back to the kettle, until blended to perfection. You should know that with us, quality comes first.
